>thanksFirst off, your glans and foreskin will be healthier if you only rinse thoroughly with clean water. It could even be that killing off friendly bacteria is allowing foul smelling microbes to proliferate. Another possibility is that you are eating things that stay in your bloodstream and come out in your secretions: for instance, people who eat a lot of garlic are going to smell like it because it's in their blood and isn't just washed away with mouthwash or whatever.
There is a small amount of muskiness with any naturally moist area of the body. However, it is much more of a problem with sweaty areas like underarms and the area between the legs. The penis does not sweat, so it would not have that problem, but that area between the thighs and the scrotum is often quite sweaty and likely to have a substantial odor. Unless you are particularly limber you would not be able to get close enough to determine if the smell was coming from the end of your penis or the area around the base of your penis.
Wash around your penis very thoroughly and try talcum or corn starch or if it's a real problem, maybe even an actual deodorant or antiperspirant there. Just don't get anything but clean water on the gleans or foreskin.
