I've noticed that my penis and testicles smell sweaty, more often, when I wear jockey shorts. When I wear boxers or boxer briefs, I don't notice any smell. Also, I saw an aquaintance wipe the head of his penis after peeing. I do that now, whenever the head get too wet with urine. I ooze allot of precum. So I slip inside a handycap stall and wash the head of my penis, when I need to.
