One Testicle

For quite a while now I have had questions I want to ask but have been too emabrassed or afraid to come out and ask or seek advice on the topic, but thought I would try here.

For as long as I can remeber I have had a probelm with one of my testicles. It seems that one of them has been pushed up and out of my sac. It sits very close to my sac region, it is above the sac and situation near the bottom of my pelvic bone (at least that is what I think the bone is called, not an expert). I can feel the testicle and it is much smaller then my other testicle. I do not experience pain and can function normally. I have tried to direct the tesctile down into my sac but I can tell that there is tension ther and do not want to pull or damage anything in that area with excessive pulling or force.

Is this a serious problem? Should I see a doctor immediately about this? Is this some sort of a condition that I can tell them I have?

Any suggestions are welcome.
