Just Got circumsiced a week ago, have a few Qs

hey, yeah I just had circumsicion a week ago, I have a few Qs. the stiches are still here, how long would it usually take for them to dissolve? and also I have a rash or something on the bottom of my penis, it's on the skinright under my head, is that normal? and when will I be back to normal, where it dosen't hurt anymore at all. Oh yeah and lots of people asked me why I had circumsicion, if you were wondering it's cause I had pretty bad phimosis, I'm not sure what degree but I absolutely wasn't able to pull it back anywhere near past my head when erect and I was barely able to pull it past my head when limp.
