I had the same problem as you, I really wanted it so bad but I was too much of a wuss to talk to my parents about it lol. yeah what I did was waited for the right time to bring it up, and then I just arranged an appointment with my family doctor and straight up told him. I finally got it now and I'm happy. I had it pretty bad too, I had pretty bad phimosis to the point where sex is impossible. But I got it done now and I'm happy. so I say you just arrange an appointment with your doctor and just tell him, "I've been looking to have circumcision" and tell him why and he'll agree and arrange an appointment.
