Irregular, unsightly scarring from circ

I'm 21 years old, was circumcized at about age 7 due to phimosis. The scarring that had been left from what I would consider a horrible operation had been and still is something that weighs on my mind more than you could imagine. I have 4 skin tunnels left (each positioned pretty much exactly at 12, 3, 6, 9pm around the shift at the circ line), the one at the top of my shaft is very noticeable. As well, large scares from the sutures are evident. About 2 years ago I had a pellet sized skin tag removed by a plastic surgeon. I can't describe how difficult the concern I have towards the sight of my penis has been over the years. Because of this, I'm quite self conscious about my penis.

Has anyone ever heard of or sought themselves plastic surgery? I can say that the removal of the skin tag at the top of my penis was very succesful, but the procedure was pretty straight forward. I am looking to have the remaining skin tunnels corrected, but would like to do so only if there are absolutely no further scarring to my penis.
