It doesn't matter if you trust me or not. Your choice. For the record, I've been around for almost three years, and have guided several people, read several other people, and many of those who gave it a try were successful.

You have been having this condition because most possibly you have never retracted your foreskin when it was due time, only a whole lot later.

Go back in the archives and check Dan a couple months back, check Jake Booth about a year back (he started from non retractible and the last time he uttered anything here he could fit 4 fingers inside), or go back about two years back and there you'll have tmtanec with his own little guide he himself experimented out, on himself.
