AJ is right (yes AJ, you can print that and blow it up, suitable for framing). I wanted to add two things. First, that the washing needed to get it properly clean is just clean water - a bulb syringe can help if he has trouble getting water in there just by swishing. Soap can allow infections by killing good badteria (the ones that crowd out the nasty stuff). Second, what with intercourse and masturbation he'll probably find his foreskin growing looser and looser gradually anyway. That;s fine. If there comes a time when it goes behind the glans (head) during erection and is uncomfortable, then he can just press on the head to squeeze it back through.
