Hi guys, first of all thanks for your replies, it is at least a very good thing that there are some people at some place in earth who cares my situation.
- When I urinate (and usually 1-2 mins after the ejaculation ) there is a sharper pain, but pain becomes grudally normal, after some time .
- After erection, there is an increase in the pain.
- Sitting long hours makes it worse, i ordered a special pillow for that.It seems that any sort of activity that makes the pelvic muscles work or puts extra pressure increases my pain. That also explains why there is a very mild pain in mornings.
One of the urolog made an examination and assured me that theres nothing wrong on the internal structures in penis, (ie no peyronies disease) Another made penile ultrasound, (=nothing wrong in the vascular system etc.)
I have also seen chiropractist, who said there is inflamation in the nerve roots that creates the pain in the penis, after 4 session, i think it is slightly better(%10).I am not sure whether this is just a placebo effect
This is puzzling, but i will have my MRI in next week, especially in the lower back. Do you know any method to see whether there is inflamation in some part of the nerve? Can MRI do that ?
Thanks,
cenk
