Taylor, AJ has given it to you straight; what he says makes sense. You shouldn't let yourself get too concerned about how things look right now, it's only natural for the operated area to be bruised, reddened, etc., and to feel 'funny' even when it's not overly painful. A doctor once told me, "the penis has enormous powers of recuperation," and that's true. Just give it time to heal, and it will. It may take as long as a month for everything to get back to feeling normal. But it will! And gradually the reddened parts will turn brown so the penis as a whole goes harmoniously with the rest of your body. If you've been instructed to keep the area clean by occasionally washing with warm water and very mild soap (which then is all rinsed away completely), this may be helpful, but if you've been instructed otherwise, follow what
you've been told. As AJ said, good luck! (Once you've healed and recovered fully, you're likely to be amazed at how trouble-free and useful your penis now is.) RJK.
