OK :) Last night was fine, the pain is nowhere near as exrutiating as I expected. My glans is really sensitive - as was expected - which isn't very nice but I'm sure i'll get used to it. I woke up a few times with a semi-erection which was painful, but I just took some painkillers (co-codamol) and it was fine.

As for the swelling, AJ is right, it looks worse today. The one side of my penis is just a bit swollen. The otherside, in between the glans and the 'cut', has 'ballooned' up. I went to my GP today just in case, and he said it was all fine and was quite usual. He said there was no sign of infection but if it starts to feel hot, or gets very red, then to go back as that could be a sign of infection. Fortunately at the moment I don't have that.

So yeah - all good so far. If anyone is just embarking on getting medical advice etc then I won't say I have found it easy, but thus far I'm glad I have finally done something to fix my phimosis.
