I was circumcised for phimosis over 2 years ago. The swelling, etc. is normal even though it looks ugly. The extreme sensitivity of the head should lessen within a week. I also delayed getting my phimosis taken care of partly cause of what they say on anti-circ sites but I have been completely happy with the results.
