There are probably some Internet pharmacy sites that would mail it to you. I won't resommend that, but if you go ahead and get it just understand that it only takes the tiniest of smears around the tight areas. It is absorbed through the skin, so more than a veneer is a a waste and may have unwanted effects. I believe it's also a prescritpion med in the UK and Australia, but I'm not sure about Canada - heck, they're selling pot in their pharmacies OTC, so you can probably get anything there.
