Worried and confused, what can I do?

I am 20 years old and have just found out that I may have phimosis.

I was never aware that the foreskin was supposed to be pulled down over the head of the penis until I heard a rude joke the other day.

I have never seen the head of my penis, though recently I have tried to retract the foreskin, but to no avail, it still won't even go past the head.

Now I haven't got a clue what to do about it.

I haven't got my own GP or anything, I haven't been to a doctor in 6 years or so, I don't even know if it is a doctor I should talk to about this problem.

Are there any natural means of rectifying the problem?

I don't like the idea of being circumcised and

I don't like taking pills or medication of any kinds (not even paracetamol), but if there is no other choice I guess I don't mind.

Well I hope you guys can help, my mum is a nurse but I don't feel comfortable talking to her about this problem, I'm SO glad I found this forum.
