phimosis and urinary tract infection

hi, I'm uncirc and have a slight case of phimosis. I can with some effort pull my foreskin back with my hands. During intercourse, it folds back automatically after a few thrusts. I have just been recently be able to do all of this after reading this forum. The problem is that ever since I can pull back my foreskin, I have been rinsing the head of my glan with water during shower time. But I could never put the shower head too close or use my hand to throughly clean it. Sometimes I see white residue on the head of the glan and it doesn't quite wash off. My best attempt is to redirect the water stream from the shower to my hand, then drizzle onto the head. I'm not quite sure if this is enough to clean my penis. The reason I ask this question is because I've been going out with my girlfriend for 2 years now and only in the past 5 months, she's had 4 sever cases of urinary tract infection 2 days after intercourse. I've researched urinary tract infection and one cause is the male not being clean of bateria. I was wondering what I can do to make sure I am as bateria free as possible to lessen the chance of this issue occuring. Thanks!
