Foreskin Problems

I have a very loose foreskin and it stays over the penis when erect. My theory is it stops my erection from functioning during intercourse because it stops my glands from feeling sensitivity. Sometimes I can't feel a thing. What is the solution to this problem? I have been considering circumcision, what do you recommend?
