omg! do i have an infection?

hi I posted awhile back about just finding out the foreskin was supposed to pull behind the head, well did the stretching etc and was able to pull it back when errect in one month! well me and my gf had sex twice without a condom just so i could feel it with my new penis! anyways first time i didnt notice anything with my penis the second time was about a week later we had sex and the next day i saw a red bump on my gland it was very small, looks to be under the skin, it doesnt itch nor can i feel the bump more of a dot. I washed it with some soap and the next day there are more of them. wtf! is my penis going to fall off???? what did i do? she doesnt have any stds im scared please help!
