>Does the foreskin itself hurt or it’s more the head? (PS: in a normal situation, you do NOT need to rub the head of the penis with anything else than your own foreskin or your partner’s vagina.)
>I believe it’s very important to overcome this fear. The foreskin itself isn't painful, altho the frenelum is. The weird thing is some weeks back, I got it all the way back for the first time ever, and I left it there for a while, big mistake, it started to choke the glan, and to get it back rolled up I had to press on the head.. I will tell you, that was most atrocious pain i've ever felt, also it was swelling up and I panicked. Anyways, since the day my foreskin doesn't seem to stretch as far back anymore.. usually I can stretch it down a good amount with time, now it just seems to block.
About the sex, I am not too worried about penetration, I am more worried about oral sex and how painful that would be. It'd be nice to be able to handle everything without holding back.
>The most we know is that the head of your penis is very sensitive. That you have a problem with your frenulum, we don’t know. You have a tight foreskin, and I don’t think it does any good to it that you q-tip around inside (if I understood correctly, you were not only told to do so, but actually did it, is that correct?). So anyway... Not sure what to suggest, but here’s a bit of thought.I wasn't told to use a q-tip, but it's the softest way I can find to apply the cream.. my finger alone is just too painful, and it's easier to manipulate a q-tip than a finger.. The q-tip itself doesn't really touch the glan, the cream on the q-tip does.
>Since the head is very sensitive, it’s probably not at all comfortable to tug the foreskin when it’s not slippery inside. Either produce some precum or use some kind of lubrication, and try to do the forward pulling stretching exercises for a little while (say, a couple weeks), and let’s see if that changes something. It's usually lubricated enough, as in it's not dry. The foreskin itself doesn't really hurt, i think it's the frenulum holding everything back..it seems a reddish color when I stretch, inflammated maybe? I have been stretching and it does a small difference, but like I said earlier, it seems to have worsened ever since my skin got stuck behind my head.
>As for cleaning, Ivan usually suggests that one buys a syringe and uses it (without the needle of course!) to press water inside while the foreskin is too tight. What I do is take a bath, pull the foreskin back, and rinse it that way.. it doesn't hurt at all when I do that, so it's fine. I just can't pull it all back tho.
>Seeing how long the waiting lists are and such, it might be a good idea to spend that time actively.Agreed. I actually want everything this done before 11 weeks from now... since I have a trip to go see my girlfriend then. *coughs*
>Eh, dunno if this made much sense; did it?Yes, thanks alot.
>Also, sorry about the tone of these replies. I didn’t really mean to come off harsh.
Didn't see any bad tones in there, thanks again.
