I think this might be true. I just discovered I had phimosis and I have always masturbated by rubbing the head (foreskin covering it) instead of stroking in a back and forth motion.I am guessing I didnt have phimosis when I was a child or my parents would have known. They are doctors.
Basically, I think the lack of exercise has probably made my foreskin tighter giving me phimosis.
