Yes, I can retract. As for the location of old tears I can't really see anything left of them because they've healed. There was only one time where I even saw the actual tear. When I saw that one it was lengthwise down the inner foreskin.

As for whether or not it seems to be choking the head when retracted, yes it does. It is a bit tight and starts to tense at about halfway down. I have had it retracted with erection but that was because it was retracted while flacid and then became erect. In those situations it would be quite uncomfortable and I would roll it back over.

As for a short frenulum, I'd guess that is possible. I don't know what a 'normal' one would look like but I can see my head trough the frenulum in a small gap where the skin doesn't meet.

I read about phimosis being a tight band. When it tenses up while being pulled back I do see a small band of the inner foreskin that is hugging the head tighter than the rest.

Hopefully this gives a decisive idea of what is going on.

Also, I just started stretching and I'm doing it 2-3 times a day holding the skin back until it starts to tense and just holding it at that point for a minute or two then letting it down and pulling it back again another minute or two. Is this a suggestable method? I've also been holding it back a bit when urinating.
