I didn't mention it thinking it was the same thing but I did tear my frenulum a bit when masturbating as a freshman in highschool. It was a very scary situation. Not much pain but lots of blood. I heard that this can have negative effects. Is it possible this may be tied into the issue?

My last tear was on the actual inside of the foreskin though and I'm not all too sure that the past couple before that were, but I'm assuming so.

What is the end result of your analysis? May I need surgery? Can it be fixed through stretching? If I need surgery, what might I request when going to medical or have them look at in order to decide? Also, are they going to irrationally decide to go with a circumcision because of my being a Marine as one of the people who replied to my message said?

Heh, this is getting annoyingly confusing and I'd really like to atleast narrow down the problem rather than be, "Is it a short frenulum or a tight foreskin? Am I going to need to do surgery or can I stretch and fix it?"
