Foreskin Stretching following Fenuloplasty

I had a Frenuloplasty just over three weeks ago now, and all is now going well. I do however still have a tight, almost white scar like ring (2-3 mm wide) around 2/3 of my foreskin that needs to be loosened. I can retract OK, but its tight. I suffer no discomfort with this, but the ring wasnt always there, and arrived after a dose of Balanitis - the Balanitis was basically caused by my lack of hygiene, following my first Frenulum tear - I was simply too sore to wash. I would like my foreskin to retract freely, and loosely. I have read much, and seen many pictures about stretching, and am really interested if anyone can give me full details on how to actually do this. Obviously, I will need to wait a little longer for the my Frenulum to fully heal before I can start any "excercises".
