Let's see. These would be my rapid first reactions.
* Definitely have yourself checked for diabetes. It can result in phimosis (although indirectly, as a fungal infection causing phimosis)
* * on that, make sure you don't have a fungal infection (that's probably the easiest to self-diagnose!)
* Take a look and see if you have BXO or LSA (same thing, different names), the pages dealing with this condition on CIRP.ORG are pretty good: http://www.cirp.org/library/treatment/BXO/* last but not least: calm down and come back ^_^;
