>alI'd suggest you go visit your doctor or a specialist to establish exactly why you are unable to retract your foreskin. Phimosis is a term which lots of people attritube to having a foreskin that does not retract. In truth there are several causes. Once you know what the cause is, you can get it sorted. This does not neccessarily mean a circumcision. There are several types of surgery that can relieve the problem, as well as alternatives such as the use of steroid creams.
