Because you no longer have a foreskin to protect the sensitive head of your penis, lubrication is almost always required when masturbating. I'm not circumsized so I couldn't tell you any specific techniques, but I imagine most of the hand-penis contact is kept to the shaft with only minor and light contact to the head of the penis. Again, with proper lubrication. If you don't know what to use for lubrication, or are too shy to go to the drug store to buy a tube; many household items can be used as lubrication. Skin lotion is a popular one, I've also heard of people using cooking oil. Vaseline is another popular option. You're gonna have to develop a new.. style of masturbation. So experiment, have fun with it. You may even find the direct glans stimulation to be even more pleasurable than before.
