>- Now that the foreskin opening is stretched somewhat, it appears to be a short frenulum that's limiting the retraction of the foreskin. I'm going to start the stretching exercises documented on the web, but is there any way to guage approximately how much I might manage to lengthen my frenulum by?
As you go on that route, you’ll most surely know when to stop — hard to make excessive lengths there!
>- When retracting the foreskin to the extent I can (just behind the glans when flaccid, and on top only, due to short frenulum), it's always damp and sticking to the glans, like it's soggy. I know that moisture is naturally created between foreskin and glans, but should it be this damp?
Yes, that sounds pretty normal.
>- A section on the ridge of my glans doesn't appear to have separated from the foreskin. It's whiter where it joins, and although I daren't pull too hard on it, it's most definitely stuck. Is this likely to separate if/when I manage to masturbate with the foreskin retracted to that point, or is it something I need to seek help with? *gulp*
Let’s see. Adhesions normally go away in your first decade, but can well do so later. If you start to actively exercise (as in, not just masturbating but also doing the oft mentioned stretching), you might want to separate yourself. I was 5 when I did some of what remained of mine, I doubt a 20+ years old guy would have less control in his mind and his hands than to mess up things ;P But if you decide not to, a doctor can always separate it. (That’s quite the first step of a circumcision, so your average urologist can most surely do it. — For this point only, if someone suggests that you have to get circumcised because of the adhesion, tell them they’re out of their mind.)
>- the ridge of my glans is quite pronounced, but since managing to retract while flaccid, I've discovered it's slightly discoloured. Not red or inflamed, but kinda like gray, and it's only on the ridge. The rest of the glans is fine. I'm at a loss as to why it's like this. Any ideas?
Well, the corona, as it is called, is of a different colour than the rest of the glans. Usually darker.
>Thanks to anyone who can help or advise me. A total lack of sex education at school and parental guidance has left me in this state where I want to make it better, but am sometimes too scared to face the possible realities of the situation. I've thought about seeing my doctor but I'd just be too terrified and embarassed to do so. I'm also a virgin, unsurprisingly enough. The thought of not being able to put things right myself is causing me real anxiety; and now sleepless nights spent sweating and panicking are causing me to perform poorly at work, too. Please help!!!
If you have more questions, definitely do ask ^_^
