I used to be loke you, altough perhaps not as bad. Had my foreksin trimmed/shortened (partial circumcision) and it is much much better. Remaining skin goes back by itsefl automatically as I get hard, and doesn't get in the way during sex, hile still movable for wanking. Also make penis much cleaner, and wheh I piss, I need not worry about retracting since piss slit is never covered by remaining skin.
No matter what you do, your foreskin will not shorten significantly because it is too long for that. If you get the snip, within a month you've got a dick you can br proud of.
