>- A section on the ridge of my glans doesn't appear to have separated from the foreskin. It's whiter where it joins, and although I daren't pull too hard on it, it's most definitely stuck. Is this likely to separate if/when I manage to masturbate with the foreskin retracted to that point, or is it something I need to seek help with? *gulp*
Where exactly 'on the ridge' is the white colour? Could it be that what you're seeing is just dried smegma? If you haven't retracted in 20 years, and so haven't been able to wash behind the ridge of the glans, you may have a bit of a buildup of smegma that's collected there over the years, and the foreskin is stuck to that rather than an adhesion. When flaccid, try gently retracting as far behind the glans as you can, (but never to the point of pain) and have a close look and gentle wash with warm water. If it IS smegma that's built up, you'll be able to wash it away thus freeing up the foreskin further.
Mightn't be a bad idea to at least go see ur GP to talk about it, if nothing else. Embarrassing, and traumatic, I know, but he's probably seen guys in a lot worse shape than you, and you'll feel better for having spoken to someone. Have you a brother or mate to confide in?
I was in the exact same boat as you 4 months ago and decided to try stretching as a means of fixing the problem before going for a more drastic option. Progress is slow, but steady, I think, and is gonna take a lot more time. If I've learned anything, it's that there seems to be plenty of other guys out there with the same or similiar problems. Don't despair - tis fixable.
