To start with, there are no bones in your penis to "fracture," and if you became stiff whilst your penis was in that position, it wouldn't do any damage. You don't mention much specific info on the pain... is it constant, just when stiff, stiff AND flaccid, etc.?
Be a bit more specific and descriptive mate. You're annonymous here, so no need to feel embarassed about describing something unusual or kinky. I've known several males who, beyond stretching, enjoyed keeping their willy "down and back," so you're not the first.
