I need some advise please? OK, its been nearly 5 weeks since my Frenuloplasty. I am now able to have reasonably comfortable intercourse, and I have no soreness any longer. I am not yet 100% confident, so am still not quite as "enthusiastic" as I was, but that will come. The op site is generally a little whiteish and obviously scarred, and compared with how it was, I think it is a bit ugly, but it is still healing, getting better every day, and well, it was only 5 weeks ago! Strangely, I seem to have gained a piece of foreskin that is independantly operated of the main one - I cant explain, it is the bit of foreskin that was attached directly to the Fenulum (at the tip of the Glans) that is now gone, and so when flacid, if I fully retract, I still have small piece of foreskin that is unretracted - its almost as if I have more foreskin now than Penis! As per my earlier posting, I still have a slightly tight ring (mild Phimosis) but I can still retract flacid and erect reasonably well. The info provided by Ralesk (many thanks)( was interesing and helpful, and I have now started slight stretching and I have also today started using clobetasol proprionate, a steroid cream, twice a day and very sparingly following a thorough, non-soaped wash, and pat dry. The problem I have now, is that over the last few weeks, my Glans appear to have slowly turned a white and slightly slightly pale blue bruised colour on one side, and running down into what was my Frenulum. I have no discharge and it is neither numb, sore or itchy - it just looks weird. My Wife has no untoward symptoms of any kind to indicate any cross infection etc. I last saw something like this when I had the Balanitis. I suspect this may be another fungal infection in which case the cream will help, and I do have a follow up appointment with the Eurologist in a weeks time. I would however, like to know what this may be - right now, my Penis has never been cleaner. If anything, I bathe it too much - I bathe it twice a day, and apart from occasionally, generally avoid the use of soap and bubble bath. Any ideas?
