I highly doubt any kind of cold weather would make the opening of the foreskin so much tighter than otherwise that he wouldn’t be able to urinate. As far as I can see, he seems to have the urge to expose the glans before he urinates, most possibly he was taught to do so with examples that he probably fears getting [too much] urine under the foreskin or something. That’s probably coupled with a reasonably long foreskin and the fact the he’s a grower (or as a matter of situation: a shrinker :P). And Susan might not have a clear idea what foreskins look like, but I do not want to criticise her.

These are my conclusions. What do you folks think?
