What you say sounds spot on Ralesk. This still happens to me if I'm very cold, and I'm well past 13. Cold doesn't make my foreskin tie itself into a knot, however, though sometimes it's obviously too tight for it to make sense to try to pull it back as I usually would. I just pull out and let go, and this usually warms it up. The muscles that cause this impressive shrinkage aren't strong enough to stop my flow. But maybe muscles that strong are not impossible.
