It will eventually become less sensitive to rubbing (for starters, it should be feeling uncomfortable to leave it exposed), will get more pale, will dry out, that’s about it.
People argue about the first being a good or a bad thing. I don’t consider my not-too-sensitive-anymore cock head too much of a good thing, but whatever suits you.
