If you're near a teaching hospital with a sexual health clinic you might find they would oblige. They might even be interested in filming the op, as it doesn't seem likely that too many people would agree to this.
If you could be bothered writing about it, lots of the guys who visit this site would be interested to hear why you've decided you want a circumcision with a v-shaped scar. Quite a few may suggest that circumcision is a pretty radical step, and that you might want to think about other ways of resolving whatever it is that makes this seem a good idea at the moment.
