hey,leave off, im17 n just had myself circumcised. its no big shakes n u certinally dont need to see a 'shrink'.its ur penis and u can do wot u want with it, it gets to me all the scare mongering ppl try to do on the internet. If he wants to be circumcised for hygenine or woteva then so be it.
