I'm not really an expert on the frenulum side of things but is your frenulum causing you any problems as such? (pain/bleeding during intercourse or foreskin retraction for eg.)? If not then I shouldn't really worry about anything as penis shapes and sizes differ from man to man. If you're still curious about your frenulum it really won't hurt seeing your G.P to get their confirmation! :o)Good luck.
