Anxiety can have a major role in it — I don’t know what can be done about that.
The sensitivity of the glans, that lessens with time and the amount of exposure. Not sure if it has to do with it, though, there are quite many people cut as babies who PE often.

Everyone takes much longer if they stimulate only the shaft skin.

Nothing like “too much skin” or such nonsense. If it’s otherwise straight, there might be a slight deformity at the base of the corpus cavernosum (sp?)…
You could get a doctor take a look at it, though, if it concerns you.
