Typicaly, when erect, the penis should stand at a 30 to 60 degree angle upward.
The fact that yours is directed downwards indicates one of three things.
Most if not all of your erections, since you started having them occurred in that direction, (trained), you are excessively larger than the ability of the courpus cavernousa to support your penis, (which may or may not be a bad situation) or there may be a deforimty of the cavernousa tissue itself. Your GP can help make that determination.
