Phimotic ring+balanoposthit

Hi,

I have problems with my penis. Any advice/information will be sincerely appreciated.

1. Phimotic ring
I’ve been through several unsuccessful sex experiences and was puzzled what is wrong with me. One day finally an idea struck that I have to surf Internet for the answer. Luckily, found your helpful site and self diagnosis: phimotic ring. As I remember, my foreskin was very tight from childhood. Now it is fully retractable, although the narrow ring causes pain when the penis is erected.

As I learned, in order to try stretch the ring, I should try betamethasone 0.5%, but can not find it at local drug stores. (In our country, not every medicament is available) So, could you advise me how can I find 0.5% betamethasone from Internet. I searched for, but couldn’t find an online seller. In average, how much is needed for one course of treatment?

As I learnt, in case of LSA the stretching is not effective. How (what kind of investigations will help) can I find out if the ring is caused by LSA or not? Becauce, some years ago, during one of those failed attempts; unfortunately, I got infected with gonorrhea virus and had an antibiotic treatment. Could it affect in building of the ring?

My kidneys have chronic inflammation (pielonifrit?) and from time to time I take antibiotics for relief. Also, the left kidney has a stone. Could the ring be one of the reasons of kidney problems or vice versa?


2. Balanoposthit
In January of this year, all of sudden, there was irritation, inflammatory feeling with my foreskin. It smelt badly and also there was a colorless discharge. I saw a doctor and after taking the antibiotic he gave, things seemed ok. In about one month, the symptoms recurred, except there was no smell and irritation was not that sharp. I decided to wait and didn’t take any antibiotic. After 2-3 days, it felt OK. Recently the colorless discharge recurred and again after 1-2 days the symptom has gone. What could be this colorless discharge? Are these symptoms of balanoposthit? I had washed the prepuce with soap (Now I know it is wrong) Could it be one of the reasons?

Besides, lately, after washing the prepuce, I see on it an area (~ 0.5mm*0.3mm) that is a bit different colored +it looks like wet (stays longer wet?) + the surface is a bit flat. What could it be?
