Forskin not fully retracting

Hi all.

Thanks for a great site. Just a question really about my foreskin. When I was young I did have an operation to help me pull my foreskin back. Before the op I dont think it went back very far at all. I am too young to remember.

Anyhow I'm 27 now and recently I've spit one of the weird peices of skin that were holding the inside of my foreskin to my glad (head) of the penis. Now before it all seemed to work fine and thought it was normal. There were 2 small strings/membranes of skin that were fixed to the head of the penis which prevented me from pulling my skin right back past the head.

Anyhow after intercourse and me splitting one of these membrane things I was horrified cos it looked gross. Dont even ask how the g/f felt. Whether it was a good thing or not I had a couple glasses of wine, got into a bath and cut the other membrane with a pair or sharp (sterilised) nail sissors.

I'm happier now but I've still got an even bigger flap of skin holding on to the gland which was previously hidden by the first two on either side. This looks too big for me to cut so can you guys suggest anything to help?

Does the skin *have* to go back all the way? All in all I'm so glad I'm not alone with this issue and have been reasured by the other posts on this forum.

Cheers all,

CJ
