>GregWell, if you were able to as a child, and then you didn’t do that for years, while your penis grew quite a bit, it can safely be said that it’s not retractable because it hasn’t been retracted for so long and it had only been trained to a much smaller glans (head of the penis).
The other reason can be that your foreskin has some kind of a fungal infection (easily self-identifiable if you have ever had a fungal infection on your feet, the two is similar in that the skin can be white-ish and can be peeled off or is flakey), but in this case I suggest that you first go and have it checked out with a doctor.
Yet another case, which isn’t regarded as phimosis, would be LSA, but that’s very rare. I have posted links to it just a couple posts ago.
Which is the case, I don’t know. Could you fill in with a more precise beckground story, with ages and all? That would help us both a lot.
