Thanks for the quick reply!! Yup I'm not sure what they are/were but they were just like bits of skin attatched from the inside of the forskin to the glans.
They were thin..perhaps only 1/4 cm each on the top. Surprising they did not hurt when I cut them as well - Lucky!

Thanks, I've inspected this frenulum, but is that at the bottom or the top of the glans. This is another peice of skin at the top (when looking down at it) which is about 1 cm wide. There is no way im cutting this. I have not had a further look but it almost appears to be attatched all the way around the back of the glans.

It does feel looser so I will leave it I think. Next step will be a visit to the doc if I have more issues.
