Hi Andy,
You'll be please to know that you're not alone. I got circ'd just over a year ago and found that I had lumps too; mine are specifically at the point of the circ's scar, and still remain. I don't think there's anything to worry about. The lumps might be just excess skin grown around the circ cut in the joining of the inner and outer foreskins. I personally haven't had any problems at all with this matter, but if you still have doubts you can always have your G.P. take a look.
