There can be many reasons for the lumps. Sometimes you are feeling sutures used to tie off some blood vessels. Othertimes they may be small clots. The most common is the suture material. Most of the time, it will dissolve and go away. If it doesn't and there is no tenderness or apin, it is nothing to be concerned about. Your penis will soon be up and running and you won't know yourself.
