Hmmm, on the top I have a big vein, then the folds of the skin, and when I pull the skin back further I see some bumps (veins and such again) behind the head. Then comes the head and nothing much else until the pee hole.

Might it be that you had adhesions that hid the edge of the head (“corona”) and they now came loose?

As unusual or rude or whatever that may sound, it would be great if you could provide a photo for educational reasons.

Otherwise I’m a bit stunned as to what it is what you’re describing. It’d be a good idea to check with your family doctor / general practitioner just in case.
