So I guess before that accident happened, these kind of skin tags were covering the corona, and that’s why you could only retract that far? I would guess that the one that remains (“2”) is also such an adhered piece of skin, like the other two were, next to it.
Another poster here had an adhesion on the side, next to the frenulum if I recall correctly, his problem got solved pretty easily once he started to tug it off (some days later it released almost by itself).
Hmm, seems anatomically impossible to me that you’d have a frenulum on both sides, so unless the head of your penis is shaped unusually (as compared to other people’s), we should regard this solution as a side-joke. I’m quite sure it’s just normal, adhered skin.
