I'm just checking in to report my progress so far... you know, just so we all can profit from my experience.
I think I don't have frenulum breve after all, at least not a serious one. After some stretching, I'm able to pull the foreskin back a litte, with an erection - with some discomfort, I would call it pain - witch I think is a good thing. I get the hourglass effect, but I hold it like that for a while so the erection itself will help stretching the phimotic ring. I can definately notice some progress, in spite of the short period of stretching therapy.
