Thanks very much for your answers! So, as I understood, one can do stretching without ointment help. Will try with the method you advised. Besides, I'll try to find someone abroad who can send me the ointment, for better result.

As for the discharge, it was kind of like glue or honey(?) and occured uncontrolled just by itself for a while. Amount was not that much, say 2-4 drops. I think there was no smell. The last time it occurred there was irritation with the foreskin.
