Thank you both for your answers - They have been very reasurring to me.
At this moment in time I will leave that larger adhesion until I fell like something needs to be done about it (should it tear or become painful for instance).
It looks like I will have the 2 bumps where the adhesions connected to the glans but I can live with that.
