Post surgery questions (phimosis)

Hi,

I had surgery 9 days ago, because I had a pinhole phimosis (since childhood).
The first surgeon that examined me some time before the operation, told me to retract my foreskin several times, each time I had to pee (after the operation). This surgeon was the one that was supposed to do the surgery.
Due to some poor planning at the hospital, another surgeon had to perfom the surgery. Before I was anaesthetized this surgeon told me that he was going to leave my foreskin retracted, and that I should be able to pull it forward after a couple of days.
I have made several unsuccessfull attempts to pull my foreskin forward. I have been to 2 different doctors (my own and the emergency doc in the weekend), and they couldn't pull my foreskin forward either.
The message I get from the doctors is constantly 'let's wait a few more days then'.

Question: How soon after such an operation should I be able to pull my foreskin forward?? I guess that waiting too long could cause the foreskin to loose its elasticity, so that it won't 'close' properly when pulling it forward over the glans??

Knowing what danish healthcare is like, I wouldn't be surprised if I haven been given a circ without anyone bothering to tell me before or after the operation, and without anyone bothering to write it in my file....

Question: Is there a way to determine if I have a circ or 'just' a foreskin that is stuck behind my glans??

My glans was very, very sensitive rigth after the operation. Just touching it was very painfull. The sensitivity has decreased slightly, and I have read that the sensitivity will be 'normal' after approx 4 weeks.

Question: I read (don't remember where) that vitamin E ointment could speed up the decrease in glans sensitivity. Any experienses?

PS. I'm currently writing my pre surgery history. I'll post it here if anyone has an interest in reading it (?)

PPS. Sorry for any spelling mistakes, english is not my native language :)
